*Medical Student category is for delegates that are enrolled as full time students at a university and do not yet hold an academic degree. In addition, it is only for delegates under 25 years old (ie 24 years old included).

**Non Member Trainees must supply evidence that they are under 40 years of age and actively engaged in a training programme.

***The allied health category is for delegates that are nurses. Please note that residents or specialists with a medical degree or practicing their professional career, are not applicable for this category.

The registration fee includes:

•        Access to all scientific sessions (except additional bookings)
•        Access to the exhibition
•        Certificate of Attendance
•        Opening Ceremony
•        Welcome Reception
•        Awards/Closing Ceremony
•        Congress App
•        Coffee breaks detailed in the scientific programme
•        Lunch for 3 days

Full Congress attendance is required in order to participate in any additional activities (Meet the Mentor sessions, Pre-Congress activities and Japan Day):

*Kindly note that the JOA Pre-Congress sessions will be held in Japanese. No simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

Membership Benefits

– SICOT active Members receive 30–35% discounted registration fees compared with non-members.

– Non-members who register for the congress will receive a complimentary SICOT membership for the upcoming year.

Group Registration 

Group registration is available for 25 or more delegates with a special procedure and a 25% discount on the non-member rate.
The company or organisation requesting a group registration must nominate one group manager who will administer the group booking. It is the sole responsibility of the group manager to distribute all relevant congress information to the group members.
The 25% discount is only applicable to the non-member and non-member trainee rate.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the SICOT Registration Department by email. If the written notification of cancellation is received before the early bird registration deadline (30 April 2026), 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Same applies for cancellation of additional bookings.
