If the eVISA option is not applicable, the Local Congress Secretariat can prepare the necessary visa support documents. Please note that a service fee will apply.
Important Notes
Completion of congress registration, including full payment for SICOT 2026, is mandatory in order to request visa support.
Detailed instructions and further information will be provided on screen after your registration has been successfully completed.
A letter confirming your participation in SICOT 2026 can be provided upon request. The invitation letter will be available after your congress registration has been confirmed.
Tip for visiting Japan
We recommend that all participants arriving from overseas complete the Visit Japan Web procedure in advance. Visit Japan Web is an online service for all travelers entering or returning to Japan, regardless of nationality (both foreign nationals and Japanese citizens). By registering your immigration and customs declaration information online in advance and presenting the generated QR code, you can complete arrival procedures more smoothly at the airport.
