REGISTRATION TIMELINE

Regular Delegates and Allied Professionals/Student registrations are valid for onsite and online* access during the Conference.

On-demand access is included until 18 November 2025.

ALL FEES EXCLUDE 10% APPLICABLE VAT.

* A selection of sessions will be live broadcasted.

Regular Registration Fee:

  • Entry to all conference sessions*, exhibition, ePoster area(s), and opening ceremony.
  • Access to conference content** on the digital platform and mobile app, including real-time translation of speakers into captions for many languages.
  • All scientific sessions (subject to speaker consent) will be available as Video on Demand on the virtual platform and app until 30 November 2025, and from 1 December, they will be accessible via the new EACS eAcademy.
  • Welcome networking reception on 15 October 2025.
  • Coffee breaks on 16-18 October 2025.
  • Complimentary two-year EACS membership, starts after the Conference, no auto-renewal.

Exhibition Only Registration Fee:

  • Access to the exhibition area.
  • Attendance at company-sponsored sessions.
  • No access to digital platform and mobile app content.

*Sponsored sessions access provided by sponsors.

** Live broadcasting of a selection of sessions including plenaries, EACS Guidelines, Meet-the-Experts, Standard of Care workshops. Video-on-demand of all sessions (subject to the speakers´ consent).

Please note that we will not accept any group registrations without an individual postal and email address for each delegate.

This is the mandatory information per group participant for a seamless conference experience:

  • Individual first name and family name.
  • Individual email address.
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Postal address.
  • Country.
  • Profession.
  • Industry Affiliation
  • Organisation/institution.
  • HCP or non-HCP.

Visa Requirements

  • The Organiser will not contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
  • Contact the nearest embassy or consulate for visa application timing.
  • Refund of registration fee minus EUR 70 handling fee (excluding VAT) if visa applied for by 15 July 2025 and proof of visa denial provided by 14 October 2025.

 

Letter of Invitation:

  • Register for the Conference and submit full payment to receive a letter of invitation.
  • Letters of invitation will not be sent after 24 September 2025 (23:59 CEST).
  • Contact the Organiser at registration@eacs-conference.com for an official letter of invitation.
  • The letter does not guarantee a visa or financially obligate the Organiser.
  • All expenses related to the Conference are the attendee’s responsibility.
